Our side frames are made of either mild or stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity. Our conveyors come in standard widths ranging from 200mm to 1000mm, with other widths available to suit your specific needs.
We offer multiple modules that can be linked together on a single drive, providing you with the flexibility to customize your conveyor system to your specific needs. Our line shaft or chain-driven friction rollers, along with blade stop, brake belt conveyor, or ZLP options, enable you to achieve accumulation with ease. Our belt conveyors are designed to meet your specific needs, with customizable widths ranging from 200mm to 1200mm. Depending on your requirements, we offer both end drives and center drives, with geared motors or drive drums. With lengths of over 40 meters, these conveyors can easily handle even the most demanding applications.
Our elevator modules feature chain-driven feeder sections that connect seamlessly with roller conveyors, while the roller-based top curve provides a horizontal section at the top of the conveyor. We also have a range of single—and multi-stage brake/metering belts for handling martial products, accumulation, machine feeds, bends, and more.
Our side frames are made from folded steel, available in mild or stainless steel, and are 2.5mm thick for maximum durability. For large-volume cardboard waste or pallet-sized loads, our heavy-duty warehouse belt conveyors have 3mm thick reinforced side frames and bed plates to handle the extra weight. These conveyors can be supplied with horizontal feeder sections and roller top curves, making them ideal for your warehouse needs.

Our custom-made conveyors offer a standard range of widths that can be increased in 50mm increments from a nominal 100mm to 1000mm, with the capability of achieving widths of up to 2500mm.
Our conveyors come with a variety of options for end drives and centre drives, and the drive is provided by either geared motors or unique drive drums with integrated sprockets. We also offer modules for elevators/lowerators that provide a better interface with other conveyors, along with rubber inserts for extra grip.
Our conveyors are built with high-quality materials and can be constructed of either mild or stainless steel, with frames that are 2.5mm thick. Additionally, all of our chains have full FDA approval, making these conveyors ideal for handling raw or unwrapped products.
Our conveyors have integrated bends, which allow for smooth transportation during changes in direction. The mattop chain can have various pitches to suit each application, ranging from a ½” pitch for small products and minimal transfers to a 2” pitch for heavier applications. As these conveyors have a chain width equal to the frame width, they are suitable for handling small loose items that would sit in the dead area of a belt conveyor.

Our slat conveyors are built to order and come in a standard range of widths corresponding to the standard slat widths available. Widths range from 1” to 12”, and single, multi-lane, and twin or triple strands are also available.
Drives are via a motor gearbox located at the end of the conveyor. SEW Eurodrive motor gearboxes are fitted as standard, but other manufacturers units can be supplied on request.
Construction can be mild or stainless steel and side frames are 2.5mm thick. Support stands are manufactured from the box section and incorporate adjustable feet for levelling.
Conveyors can be supplied with integrated bends, which allow for smooth transportation during a change in direction. End transfer plates are also fitted where necessary with small-diameter rollers to create a smooth transfer between conveyors.
Straight sections are fitted with an adjustable side guide using standard components, and the size and spacing of the rails are engineered to suit each application. Bend sections are usually supplied with fixed side guides to match the straight sections
Slat modules can be supplied using a chain with a tab, bevel, base roller chain, knuckle chain or the magnaflex system. If required, the units can also have transfers, pushers, and lifts built in. Special photocell brackets that clip onto and adjust with the guide rail are available on request.
